⟡ Commission Terms of Services & FAQ ⟡

I work in payment order. To avoid pressure, I only send the invoice when I'm able to start working on your commission. The average wait time for a paid commission is 2 weeks to 3 months. To stay updated, join my Discord or check my Trello. ♡─────── ⟡ ORDERING ⟡ ─────── Pick a style & fill the form, or write a mail, including the following information: A brief description and references. You can include the mood, expression, info related to the scene etc.,
Important: please keep it short and stay specific to the commission, as unnecessary details are slowing the process and increase errors.Attach 1-3 good-quality reference or inspiration images of the character, outfit, and background. If you're sending a large folder, I'll focus solely on the first few images. In case of no visual references, please provide inspiration (Pinterest board) or a description.If you have a deadline to meet let me know in advance! ───── ⟡ PAYMENT & REFUNDS ⟡ ──── You will receive a Paypal Invoice, which need to be paid upfront.
You may request a full refund before the sketch, or an 80% refund if you're dissatisfied with my sketch. Refunds are NOT available once the sketch is sent and approved. ─────── ⟡ THE PROCESS ⟡ ─────── Upon receiving your email, I'll inform you if I'm able to take on this commission and provide an estimated timeframe. I reserve the right to decline any commission at my discretion!I will offer a final price based on the information and references provided. Factors that may alter the base price include: discounts, amount of details, characters and how many edits you request.· Commercial work: +100% of the final price
· 1-week deadline: +50% of the final price ───────── ⟡ REWIEVS ⟡ ───────── I will send a sketch for review, this is when you can request changes. Once the sketch is approved, with sufficient references I will proceed and finish the commission. If you prefer more opportunities for review and edits, please inform me in advance. ─── ⟡ DELIVERING THE ARTWORK ⟡ ─── The average turnaround time for a paid commission is between 2 weeks to 3 months. You will receive the final image via email or cloud storage in .png format. Additionally, I will provide a version suitable for social media (lower resolution, watermarked). While you're not obligated to use this version, it serves as a precautionary measure for both of us from art theft / AI scrapping. ─── ⟡ SOCIAL MEDIA AND RESELLS ⟡ ─── I retain the rights to showcase my work on my social media, website, and Patreon, and include them in my art packs. Should I consider creating physical merchandise based on our commission, I will seek your approval beforehand.
For a fully private artwork, inform me in advance!You have the right to use the artwork for personal purposes and share it on your social media platforms, Imgur, etc. You are not permitted to use the artwork for commercial sale, or re-sales, unless the Commercial Fee is paid.My works are strictly prohibited from using in any AI training or AI mimicry! ── ⟡ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ⟡ ── What's the difference between Simple and Detailed coloring?
A Simple artwork is made with fewer details, flat colors with airbrushed skin and hair. A Detailed artwork will be fully shaded and rendered.What's the difference between Simple and Detailed Background?
A simple background can be sky, trees, pre-made brushes, flowers, etc., or even an edited screenshot from a game. Anything else that needs to be costum made will count as a detailed background.Bust/Half-body and Full-body?
